BC547B Transistor
- Maximum Collector-Emitter Voltage (Vceo): 45V. This is the maximum voltage the transistor can handle between the collector and emitter in the off state.
- Maximum Collector Current (Ic): 100mA. This is the maximum current the transistor can handle through the collector when it's in the on state.
- Maximum Power Dissipation: Typically 500mW. This is the maximum power the transistor can safely dissipate in the form of heat.
Electrical Characteristics:
- Forward Voltage : Typically around 0.6V to 0.7V when the transistor is conducting in the forward-active region.
- Saturation Voltage : Typically around 0.2V. This is the voltage drop across the transistor when it is fully "on" (saturated).
